Interior Design for Corporate Rental Spaces

Angela Row Houses: A Kelly Tivey Interior Design Project

Angela Row Houses are four corporate rental homes located in historic downtown Pleasanton. Each home was designed to reflect distinctively different design themes and directions. A fun design undertaking that I had the pleasure of working on.

This project perfectly showcases how different homes with similar architectural styling can be with a touch of creativity. It’s all about creating a mood and finding a home’s distinct personality. The best part? When choosing to go with a professionally designed rental space, you are likely to get a fabulous return on investment.

Check out the four completed designs:

446 Peters Avenue | Pleasanton Manor| Romantic Colors

A beautiful home with a more classically romantic color scheme and organic accessories. A spa-reminiscent retreat.

458 Peters Avenue | Haberdashery | Old World Meets New

You can see the drastic shift from the first home. A more eclectic, curated space with a neutral scheme.

231 W Angela St | Uptown Urban | Strikingly Modern

A hip, modern take that brings a San Francisco vibe to downtown Pleasanton. Full of pops of fun and bold colors and accessories.

231 W Angela St | Pasadena Chic | Beautiful Blues

Tranquil blues and uniquely artistic accessories were used throughout this space to coordinate with some of the blue features, like the stained glass window.

The fun part is these home’s cater to a wide variety of personal styles, whether you’re a quiet romantic, or an urban socialite.

Which home fits your vibe?
